Minilabrus striatus lives endemic in some parts of the Red Sea.
The small wrasse appears in groups above outer reef slopesin a depth form 1,5 m to max. 12 m and pray on zooplancton.

It is possible to keep the fish in bigger tanks in small aggreations with calm and friedly partners.
