Pseudobranchiomma longa (Kinberg, 1866)

Pseudobranchiomma longa has two magnificent spiral whorls of feathery branches.The colour is purple,white,yellow, red or orange.Sabellastarte longa is a solitary feather duster with a parchment-like tube.

Pseudobranchiomma longan lives in shady rock crevices to 5-200 m dephts.Feather duster are filterfeeder.

As with all feather dusters, Pseudobranchiomma longa retract rapidly if disturbed.
