Planocera gilchristi Jacubowa, 1906

The body is flat and mottled brown with irregular black speckles. A darker brown patch run through the centre of the body.This species has two tenticles on the front.

This flatworm can be found under boulders near low tide.Planocera gilchristi is a predator of worms, small crustaceans and molluscs.
