Nembrotha lineolata, Bergh, 1905

Nembrotha lineolata has a white or cream coloured body with many thin longitudinal brown or red-brown lines.Because of that, this nudibranch is known as Lined Nembrotha.Nembrotha lineolata lives on colonies of social ascidians (Clavelina,Rhopalaea, Oxycorynia fascicularis), which its feed on.

There is a colour variety of Nembrotha lineolata with transverse lines.
