Decametra chadwicki (AH Clark, 1911)

Adult feather stars are free to move, can be crawling, walking, some species can swim. Nevertheless, they live and keep hemisessil mainly on exposed, elevated locations on stones, corals or sponges. Feather stars are filter feeders and food specialists,therefore only for experts.Arms of Decametra chadwicki be up to 9 cm.
