Husbandry

Description: Colonies are massive and meandroid, with short, sinuous valleys. Septa are thin, with pointed fine teeth. Columella centres are hardly distinguishable.
Color: Usually light green, lavender or yellow, with valleys and walls of contrasting colours.
Habitat: Shallow protected reef environments.
Abundance: Uncommon.
Similar Species: Isophyllia rigida, which is monocentric or has short valleys and more distinctive columellae.

Benötigt auf jeden Fall indirekte Strömung. Plustert sich auf und fährt bei Staubfutter- oder Lebendplanktonfütterung die Tentakeln schön aus. Steht bei mir im unteren Drittel auf LS. Kann recht empfindlich bei Werteschwankungen reagieren.
