Husbandry

Tambja elioraa (Er. Marcus & Ev. Marcus, 1967)

The background colour varies from yellow-ochre to a darkish brown-grey. There are usually longitudinal turquoise blue bands with a thin black margin. Sometimes the bands are broken into a series of elongate spots which are joined, like a string of beads.Rhinophores and gills have the same color variations as the body.

Tambja eliora is able to swim by flexing its body.

Tambja eliora feeds on bryozoan (Sessibugula translucens). Its predator is Roboastra tigris.
