Coryphella capensis has a pale body and dark red or brownish cerata all edged with white. This nudibranch feeds exclusively on hydrozoon polyps genus Eudendrium.
The white-edged nudibranch is endemic on Southern Africa and can be found on rocky shores (depht 10-30 m).
