Diese kleineren Arten von Röhrenwürmern (wir nennen sie Schraubensabellen), sie sind in der Natur meist in schattigen Bereichen, oft auch unter Überhängen zu finden.

Sie kommen meist mit Lebenden Steinen ins Aquarium und vermehren sich durchs Zufüttern mit geeignetem Futter (Staubfutter etc.) besonders gut.

Die Färbung ist vielfach weiss, seltener auch farbig.
Man sollte bei der Pflege dieser schönen Tiere auf Falterfische verzichten, die die Röhrenwürmer natürlich sofort auf ihrem Speiseplan haben.
