Cominella quoyana A. Adams, 1855

Cominella quoyana , common name the speckled whelk or kawari in Maori, is a predatory sea snail in the family Buccinidae, the true whelks. This snail is an active scavenging carnivore.

Quoys Whelk is endemic tio New Zealnd.
