Etymology. - This species is dedicated to Wolfgang Klausewitz of Frankfurt, Germany, a specialist in Heterocongrinae, which prompted to describe this species, although the holotype, the only known specimen at the time, was mutilated, making a complete description impossible.
In the evening they are usually completely buried for their protection.
