Info

Fromia eusticha is predominantly found on sandy bottoms, but is also encountered on bottoms with many empty shells.
Since the five-armed starfish can also be encountered in very shallow waters, it is an interesting and colorful photographic subject for snorkelers and divers.

The arms are slender and taper to blunt tips.
The color of the starfish is orange to vermilion on the disc, the tip of the arms and the edges of the skeletal plates, and pale yellow on the other part of the arms.

Imports or keeping experiences to the small starfish are not available so far.
