Husbandry

Very special thanks for this unique and beautiful photo of a special wrasse hybrid, a mixture of Cirrhilabrus lunatus X Cirrhilabrus isosceles to Barnett Shutman and his team from RVS Fishworld, Philipinnes
This gorgeous hybrid was caught in the northern reefs of Cagayan in the Sulusea.
The wrasse was identified by its unique “triple tail” shape, combining the distinctly lunate and lanceolate caudal fins of its "parents" into one.
The male coloration differs also a bit, as it has the dark caudal fin of Cirrhilabrus lunatus, but with the light body of Cirrhilabrus isosceles.
